Wilcox Group is structured for rapid response. When a crisis strikes, we take immediate action, assembling a communications war room to strategize and execute on our clients' needs. Since January 2004, our 24/7 communications war room has been active for more than 385 days.

Each year, our team works on dozens of crises – from labour relations and public health issues to mergers and acquisitions – approaching each scenario with the experience, skill and speed to communicate our clients' messages.

Wilcox Group has extensive labour relations experience. In the past five years we have worked on more than 30 labour disruptions, advising leading corporations on labour relations issues and communications strategies. Our firm also specializes in emergency operations planning, helping organizations anticipate and prepare for the unexpected.
